1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

iNEX Agency provides web design, development, and maintenance services. The specific scope of work for each project will be defined in a separate proposal or contract.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property rights for the content you provide belong to you. All code and designs created by iNEX remain our property until full payment is received, at which point ownership is transferred to the client as per the project agreement.

4. Limitation of Liability

iNEX Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kosovo.
